| Pat Lawson's birthday pen was made by Bill Jackman as a double closed end pen with recessed clip, from some of the parts for an El Grande kit. Materials used were: red dyed maple burl, brass flat stock & casein trim/accent pieces. |

This is Kevin Bergen's birthday pen, a collaboration between Glenn and Rich. Glenn made the cap, Rich the pen. It was to show more wood than others we've seen,and had a new clip. The wood is crosscut spalted hackberry.

| Glenn did an outstanding job of the clip. The idea was developed collaboratively. Glenn went through several prototypes, each one better than the last one.
