This pen body was made using black walnut and the inside out turning method. The center tube is brass with Birdseye maple turned down to 15/32”s around it. The cap and the nib both are made using Birdseye maple with black walnut accents. A transmission from the Nevus pen parts was used. |

I used Amboyna Burl, Black Walnut with some aluminum pieces for accent. This is the second pen I have finished with these woods. First one was well received so I have made a second one.

This is my last inside out turning for a pen barrel. I used Spalted Tamarin for the inside tube and also for the outside of the barrel. It is on an Aero Ballpoint. |
