I call this dip pen "Amadeus". The woods are Spalted Hackberry and African Blackwood. The tip is from a glass dip pen by J Herbin.
The African blackwood keys are recessed into the spalted hackberry using a jig on a table saw at increments of 3/32 inches.

When the tip is dipped in the ink it spirals down the flutes at an even flow .You can write a couple of lines of script with one dip.
